As a 21 year veteran of the IT industry, I have spent my whole time delivering solutions to a number of clients in the Corporate and Public sector. I began developing my recruitment experience in 1997 when I became IT contract recruitment manager. Over the years I have added to, and developed, my skills in Retail and Finance.
Experience tells me that nothing gets done until someone does something, and I believe the secret of success is 'do it now' and that attention to detail is an important tool for success: reading between the lines and listening.
